Affinity provides skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, infusion therapy, speech therapy, home health aide services, and medical social workers. A Full background check and fingerprint is required on every employee at Affinity. Our staff utilizes state of the art health care equipment and treatments to provide the best possible therapeutic care.

All of Affinity's services are covered 100% by Medicare. Our services will educate and help during your time of recuperation and recovery. Affinity also offers rehabilitation services for cardiac care, orthopedic surgeries and neurologic disorders. Our staff will come visit you in the hospital and/or rehabilitation center to prepare for your home care needs once you arrive home.

Affinity has special programs to help them too. Our staff will also provide you with diabetic education and nutritional counseling. Remember Medicare covers 100% of home health care visits. Affinity also accepts insurances from Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Michigan, Humana, Cofinity, Aetna and private pay options are available for the uninsured.
